How to prepare
Brew it. Watch it change. Drink it in.
Always brew in a glass cup or pot to see the full colour transformation. For the best experience, use filtered water.
1. Prep your tea bag
If you’re adding a microdose, crush the truffles finely and place inside the tea bag. Seal well before steeping.
2 Steep
Add the bag to 500 ml–1.5 litres of hot water (80–100°C). Steep for 5–10 minutes. For cold brew, steep for 1 hour or longer in the fridge.
3 Watch the transformation
Pour into a clear glass and watch the colour shift. Add a squeeze of lemon or hibiscus to intensify the purple. This is the moment.
4 Refill or save
Good for 2+ steeps. Each bag makes 3–4 cups / 1.5 litres. Leftover tea keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
